On top of client work, I also take on volunteer projects to support causes that are close to my heart. I’ve used my linguistic and translation know-how to help different associations and NGOs, like Asturias Acoge, TED Conferences and NutritionFacts.org.
I created Spanish subtitles for various English videos made by the latter, a non-profit whose mission is to share information about nutrition and healthy eating. Here’s an example of one of them, which focuses on the issue of junk food in hospitals.
